What a Bad First Experience

So we deicded we want to go watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 and in the process we will also see how the movies at Carnival City is like. But now I wish we never did. The queues for the popcorn was a 20 min wait (with only 4 people assisting customers and 2 aepearte lines taking 20 min each). Then when we pay for the popcorn there is something wrong with the machine (not the card machine), this takes another 10 mon. Then there is no straws, this is after people already told them there were no straws whilest we were still waiting in line. Then when we get to the lady to give our ticket it she says that it isn't an actual ticket. Explain to her that this is the ticket we just printed out at self service and still she says it isn't a valid ticket. After a short argument she lets us in. Horrific experience if you think for the ticket, popcorn, drinks and seeet we shelled out more than R150 per person. Expected way better service than this. And we weren't the only ones complaining, everyone in the cinema was mumbling about their own bad experience of the day. Not cool!
