WEBSITE DOUBLE PAYMENT DEDUCTION
I booked a movie on the website on the 26th November 2015. The website crashed and deducted the amount twice. I have been struggling since the 26th November 2015 to get my refund for the double booking, calls made, promises about call backs and that the money would be paid back. I am on the phone now again just being transferred from phone to phone.
