Website & App terrible

App is useless, only a handful of cinemas listed, so bookings not possible. Website is equally frustrating. Already have a user account. Log on at www.sterkinekor.com (no problem) Then try "quick book" for my cinema (Bayside) and get redirected to another URL https://movies.sterkinekor.com/program?location=bayside But now I'm logged out and my login credentials for main site don't work here? So have to cerate a whole new profile? What's happening Ster Kinekor?!
