Your online booking and app booking functionality is the worst I've experienced in my entire life. The number of times adding a loyalty card fails is ridiculous. If you don't add in a certain order it bombs. The payment gateway also bombs which means I have to wait 20 minutes before I can use my loyalty cards again. On average it takes 1 - 2 hours to book. Shocking!
