waste of time

To have to stand in a long line for over a half an hour to get popcorn then get told that they are offline when all of the items wanted to purchase is in front of you is most annoying. But then to top it off when mentioning this to John (management on duty) that they should have someone tell customers that they are offline and can not use card to purchase in order not to waste time and miss the movie, management look at you like you are a pain and walk away without a sign of any interest.
