was very rude and defensive absolutely clueless

The young guy (not wearing a name badge !! - hence the discription) was rude, defensive and absolutely clueless. He handled the problem poorly and unprofessionally. I wanted to know price different between Edgar's movie club card and vitality card but the answer I got from this nameless person it was shocking . he smell booze.<br> <br> One would expect a company as big and established as Ster-Kinekor to implement a plan for the holiday season - shifting more staff , to ensure good service.He called himself Clive had BAD attitudes towards me and shouted at me!
