Was denied to watch a movie

<p>So my brother and I wanted to watch a movie on Friday 07 April 2017 so we decided to go to Ster-Kinekor at The Grove Mall. Before we went we made sure that a movie was showing by going the website cause it was already 22:00. We noticed that a moving was showing at 22:45, we arrived 15 mins before the movie stared to buy tickets and snacks.</p> <p> </p> <p>At out arrival we discovered that there was no one in site, we waited for about 5 - 10mins after which we saw the projector guy. He said that everything was already shut down, but agreed to help us. He swithced on the computer and said we should wait while he goes and fetches someone to help us with the snacks. A lady arrived and told us that she is not able to help us and carried on by saying that they are closed even though the website clearly stated that the moving was showing. She also mentioned that when the sliding door of the entrance is half closed it means that they are closed. No sign was put up to indicate this. I am utterly dissappointed by the way we were treated. The thing that upsets me the most was the fact that the website had no indication for this and I do not live in the vicinity, I actually live approximately 96.3km away from the mall. I prefer Ster-Kinekor above any other Cinema which even made it worse for me.</p>
