WARNING - do not book online!!

I booked a movie for Saturday 21 Feb at 17h30 for Cine Prestige, specifically making sure that I chose Saturday since I was working in another province the previous day. I never bother to check my email confirmation. When I went to watch the movie, we were declined because apparently my movie was booked for Friday the 20th. I know that this was not an err on my part since many other people in the queue were turned back for either expired tickets or coming days too early. Management was extremely rude to me, telling me to call ticketline for a refund and that I won't get my money back since I missed my show. I was in another province - I didn't miss my show, I booked for the Saturday. All the people in my predicament were offered tickets to 50 Shades, which was already 45 minutes into the movie but they gladly accepted. I booked for Cine Prestige so I wouldn't settle for those. I urge all of you to be careful when booking online - there was definitely something wrong with the system. I also refer to another complaint I made with Ster Kinekor about the poor management in this branch - (ref 28594) which I have not received a response (it's been over 48 hours)
