Wallet Lost at Ster-Kinekor Secunda Mall.

Lack of service

On the 1st of May, I forgot my wallet at Ster-Kinekor Secunda mall. Upon the realisation I headed to Secunda mall in the morning.

Was told that the cinema was checked, the cleaners on duty did not see anything nor nothing was taken to lost and found. However, it will be confirmed with the cleaners that were working the previous night.

I tired to engage with the manage and also made a request to see the footage for the day.

She said she will get the footage, which took over a week. Second to that she said clients are not allowed to view the footage. After a week or so of waiting she eventually called to say she received the footage, I must give her 30mins well she mentioned she had a meeting that day, so I presumed there might be delays, but as she made the commitment herself, I will give her till COB to get back to me.

It’s almost two weeks now since the phone call. No one from Ster-Kinekor has called me back to give me feedback on the investigation. I made a follow call on Friday (20th), left a message still no call back.

It’s been 22nd days since the lost of my wallet, which happens to content important documents and I feel Ster-Kinekor does not want to assist. The least I want to see on the footage was when the wallet was last seen. Is that too much to ask?
