Waiting times and Bad Service

Hi,<br> <br> We arrived at 7:30 for a 8pm movie yet we were only served for food and drinks at 8:10. Therefore missing the beginning of the movie.<br> <br> There was no one at the door to welcome us to approve our tickets. To top it off when taking orders, they assisted the white people before we were even looked at. Not to mention the fact that we had been there before them as well as two people ahead of them in the line. <br> <br> This is very upsetting and the worst experience we have had at this cinema.<br> <br> I dont expect to be paying R220.00 for poor service.
