Waiting in long queues

To whom it may concern,

On Saturday we go watch Black Panther at Ster Kinekor in Eastgate. My husband goes to tell the STAFF that the air-con is not on, Me being pregnant could not handle sitting in the Theater as it was unbearable. The air-con was never put on the 1st place. This is not on. We pay say much money to watch movies and the snacks and to be treated like this. It sucks. Then we might as well go and BUY PIRATE copies of the movies. Staff are also not that friendly. You have long queues to book the tickets with assistance from 1 staff member, how does that eliminate the long queues and people getting frustrated. You have staff upstairs that also get angry.
