waiting for refund on 2 extra cover charges

i went to watch a movie, i had to swipe 3 times before they said the payment went through, when i got home 3 charges went off my account. the next day i went back filled in there paperwork for refund with a bank statement. it took 6 week of email complaints to receive 1 payment back. now 3 weeks later i am still waiting for the other payment. i think this is just a joke to them. so the next time i go to watch a movie i will write on a note and tell them ill pay in 10 weeks but i want to watch the movie now.
