WAIT AN HOUR TO BUY TICKET

Yesterday, I went to Srer-Kinekor Gateway to catch a movie that was no longer available in Musgrave where I normally go. The movie was starting at 20h30. I arrived at Gateway Mall in the line to buy ticket at 19:50, There was just one cashier hence I forgot my card at home. like we were more than 30 in the line. no manager was available, even people with issues who were using the card they were asking the same cashier which made us to wait even longer. I finally bought the ticket at 20:50 which was way after the movie started. What makes it worse it the holiday season. I wont bother watching an expensive movie at gateway while I will have to be late for my movie, why should I . Bad service. I wonder what the tourist from other province or who had the Gateway hype had to say about this service. one cashier..seriously
