Vitality Movie Card for kids
<p>My daughter has a Vitality movie card which was active and has been used in the past but has since somehow been upgraded to an adult - she turned 15 this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ster-Kinekor initially requested I do the online assesment but now she is too old at 15 years of age. How on earth is this possible since she is still between the ages of 2 and 18?</p> <p> </p> <p>I get the impression they do not know how to resolve the issue.</p>
