Vitality Discounts not working at Self-Service
Yesterday we went so Ster-Kinekor Brooklyn Mall to watch Everest. We booked tickets at the self-service terminal which did not accept my Vitality discount (I use the Vitality e-card). I approached one of the ticketing staff members and explained the situation. She referred me to her manager.

The manager said that they no longer accept the Vitality e-card and that their system has been offline for about 3 weeks. He confirmed that I needed to purchase a Vitality movie card or pay the full price for the movie.

I'm quite sure that Ster-Kinekor still accepts the Vitality e-cards as I've used it quite recently. The fact that their (SK Brooklyn) system has been offline for 3 weeks is something they need to address and not let the customer pay more as a result thereof.

As a result of their attitude and unwillingness to accommodate us, we decided to skip the movie. Poor service will result in the loss of customers.
