Very unhappy never got feedback reposting

Never got feedback on previous report so I'm reposting this happened on the 18 January as follows

Hellopeter MENU Unhappy with ster-kinekor Baywest A review of Ster-Kinekor by abdul191822 on 18 Jan 2018 Unhappy with ster-kinekor Baywest So tonight I whent to Baywest to see the greatest show man and I was so unhappy I got there at around 5 looking for someone to help me book tickets there's no one at all around at the cinema to help me so walked to the cinema Prestige Lounge to find did 2 employees Chating to each other not worryed about if customers come they see me standing by the door of the lounge and tey don't care I had to walk to them to get help this is unprofessional then when I got the tickets on left to do my shopping then when I get back to by popcorn the lady sees me standing in front of her but she continues talking to her worker up until a guy that's also working there tells her to help me then when I got in to the cinema to watch the movie every ting was find up until haif in to the movie the cinema lights just comes on for no reason and the movie didn't even end so it was difficult to see the movie normally you put the lights on when the movie ends this was very bad and unacceptable I'm very unhappy I wasted my time going to Baywest cinema I could have just as well gone to a nu metro cinema at least tey better
