very unhappy - denied entry to movie

I have emailed you with a complaint with no response. My friend was denied entry to a movie on account of not being deemed female. When I went back to check, I saw there was something written about 'female only at 20:00'. Our show was the 20:15 show - still not the point though. This is not a great policy for those who do not fit neatly into the category 'male' or 'female'. Shocking. I have sent all the relevant information since I also incurred a lot of costs such as baby sitter. CAS-176993-T2Z9L9. You following up instead of me having to take to social media and hunt down the contact details of Ryan Williams in order to get a response would be best. Thanks.
