Very disappointed and dissatisfied client

I am very disgusted in the customer service from Ster-Kinekor since they updated their website. When I joined in 2023 they said that the debit order will go off at the end of the month for the following month and I get 4 free tickets to use from the first of the month to the last day of the month. Now in July when I wanted to use my free tickets it showed I already used them and I didn't. I emailed Ster-Kinekor on 2 July 2025 and to date still no feedback. I phoned and they said I can only use the tickets from the 23rd of the month but when I joined in 2023 it wasn't the case. They don't respond to emails anymore and the service is getting really horrible
