Very Disappointed

Good evening,

I would like someone from head office to contact me. Myself and family went to see Ferdinand at the Parow Centre branch this evening.

I am 20weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy given I had a still birth last year new years.

I had this couple and their 5 year old sit behind me. The parents of the child spoke loudly throughout. The child who sat directly behind me was unruly. He kept kicking on my seat. After numerous times I asked him to stop. I spoke to the parents who must ignored me. My son who is 9 started crying as he could not watch in peace. The whole experience was ruined.

To top it all off. The popcorn was not fresh. Our sweets was on the seat next to me. I searched after the movie as we could not see or which our phone lights on during the movie It was gone.

After spending R320 at the cinema. With heavy cramps in my belly and my blood pressure high which is not good for my unborn child. Walking out of a movie that we have no clue what happened during the movie. I would like an apology and compensation for this. I am sitting with an upset little boy who is traumatised by this experience. Spending what Is the last of the holiday money on this worthless experience.

So would one of your managers please rectify this.
