Very Bad Services!!

<p>Hello..on the 1st of August 2016 i went to Ster Kinekor at the Vaal mall..in the middle of the movie the screen just went black and the sound was just playing..after an half an hour of this event my mother stood up to see what was going on because everyone was getting restless and nothing is communicated to us , after n while my mom and other people came back and they told us that the people said we mist get out of the cinema and stand in a line for a refund ticket..this was unacceptable ..i paid for the ticket and popcorn of which everything was a total of R400 atleast and now tommorrow i have to go and see the full movie again and pay for the popcorn again!!! The ticket was refunded but why do i have to pay again for the popcorn because you guys messed up and the service was devastating!!! We took our own 3D glasses out of a box that was lying on the floor because that was "communicated to us by a client!!"</p>
