VERY BAD SERVICE FROM STER KENIKOR MAPONYA MALL

Im here at maponya mall ster kinekor watching a movie.firstly the movie started late and while we watching the movie it switches off and the lights came back on.i went outside to ask for help.i met the manager on duty by the name of makhadzi.she told us all she can do for us is to refund us back our ticket.my problem is that i had already bought popcorn and cooldrink which cost me more that the movie ticket.when we ask her how about the popcorn and coke that I've already bought she said there's nothing she can do but refund us back our ticket.this is the worst service ever and I'm so upset ryt now.
