Very Bad Management of Ticket clash

On 25 July we purchased tickets from an attendant for 15h00 showing of 5 to 7 .Our tickets were checked by another attendant and we seated ourselves. Some minutes into the trailers a young couple entered saying we were in their seats. We showed them our tickets and concluded our seat numbers were the same, Since we were already in our seats we suggested they sit elsewhere. The Cinema was mostly empty. The woman sat down near us. Sometime later a manager appeared demanded loudly that we follow her. We asked why and she again demanded in a louder officious tone that we follow her immediately. We were most alarmed and embarrassed by her hostile and accusatory tone and followed her outside. She demanded to see our ticket and said it was for 26 July. We tried to explain that we had just purchased the tickets and that the error of date what not ours. We asked why she had not also called out the other couple and told her that her handling of the situation was uncalled for and humiliating and we had no desire to renter the cinema, She insisted on reissuing tickets.We were finally refunded and also given the reissued tickets which did not change the unpleasantness of the whole experience.
