very bad MAINTENANCE!

Me and Hubby had the night of on Saturday and decided 2 watch 2 movies. In Cinema 5 hubby's chair was broken and made a klak klak sound everytime he moves. People behind us also complained about a chair that was making noises. But the worst was the tiny little blue lights on the stairs. That lights are suppose to look down so you can see the stairs. The 2nd light from the top (right next to us) the cover was off and the very brightly blue light was shining in our eyes the whole time. When someone from the staff came around, I asked her if we can do something about it..but she just said...'no sorry'... and out she go. The next movie just next to that one, cinema 6 was just as bad. All the chairs aroud us was squeaky..and hubby's chair ones again made a noise! My hubby beeing a fitter and turner said..this is what you call VERY BAD MAINTENANCE!!!!
