very bad experience once again at Ster-Kinekor

little while ago, we went to watch a Sunday movie at N1 City, the Red Sparrow. Apparently a very good movie, but our experience was not at all. We paid for 4 movie tickets, 4 large cold drinks and 4 large popcorn's ( thats not a cheap round at all). well the movie started, on both sides of the screen was bright light. that was very distracting through out the whole movie. Then later, you can see shadows on the chairs in front of you as people go to the toilets at the back. bright blue light sometimes shines on the screen, but mostly you can see shadows infront of you. that was very very annoying. i thought its suppose to be comfortable and relaxing in the movie theaters. its almost better to watch a movie at home. later in the movie you can hear voices from behind the screen, and sounded like some one was sweeping the floor. only thing i can think of, is that they left the emergency doors open. Why they were open the first place was a big wonder. There was no emergency heheh. But anyway, i thought its compulsory for the staff to check on the theaters to see if everything is ok, when a movie starts. To make sure everything is ok, and people have a good experience. but realize, its to much to ask from Ster-kinekor. Easy to ***** your money with their expensive prices and bad experience?services.

I did contact them, but nothing really came from it, Shocking. Think they should change their name to "Take Alot, But we dont give Alot" or maybe to "take Alot, But we dont care Alot"

Thats why ill rather go to Numetro, they do care about their clients!!!!
