Very bad customer service

Good afternoon i am dissapointed in service provided by your parow centre branch as i was at you branch friday morning purchased movie ticket for 29th April only to find out yesterday morning that my tickets was wrong i called customer service where they told me to go back to the theatre as i did i explained to the manager which was not very helpfull the lady that helped me and the lady that took my money was too different ladies esabella took my cash where as some other lady helped me as explained to the manager i didnt check my tickets untill yesterday but she told me abt video footage and she will call me i never received any call from nobody at your store and i mean 5 tickets 275 rand is not a joke and need to know what will be done about my money because i do know customer service very well
