Vapeing in movie theatre
Do you have zero cameras watching the audience in your movies?
My kids just spent a fortune in your Eastgate cinema watching Barbie through a thick cloud of smoke caused by an inconsiderate bunch of idiot friends in the front rows who insisted on vapeing throughout the entire movie.
When asked to stop this ******* filthy habit inside a building the group of friends just continued.
Surely you have measures in place to detect this and staff are briefed on how to sort it out??

04 Aug 2023, 15:43No here is a business that should have folded and not pulled through business rescue. I emailed and had to send the email again. I eventually got a reference number and a time frame for feedback that passed many days ago. Well done Ster-Kinekor 5 star rating for not giving a single care about customer service and or customer experience. I guess those same idiots are still vapeing in the front rows of your cinemas and destroying the movies for others.
