Utterly the most terrible service in my life

Utterly terrible service, we the only people that wanted to watch a movie at 2:30 at sterkinekor cradlestone mall, which you can see that all staff does not even want to help, get to the snacks counter. They look at each other and have a few words to each other, look back at me and tell me I can't go in as my children are too young to watch Ghostbusters... really, I requested a refund. Which they did, telling me it will only show after 24hours, more than 24hours has past and still no refund. Call the land line *** six times and nobody answers.
