Utterly Disgusted

So i complained in April about the service i received from Ster-kinekor Southgate a lady by the name of Zandile ... and till this day i havent received any response back about the complaint this lady was rude and ubrupt in handling my query instead of consulting me and the other person that helped me she just went spoke in her language and handled me like a child if this is the service Ster-kinekor give their clients than i really dont know can you believe it its been 3 months and no response whatsoever all you guys do is respond but no response in connection to how the problem will be resolved
