Useless support. Ridiculously priced, unhelpful Ster Kinekor staff and employees

Booked 2 tickets for Oppenheimer at the Grove mall Pretoria for Friday 04 August 2023 @ 19:30, online. Ticket stated it was booked for the 04th. Got to the cinema complex only to be told my ticket is registered for the 03rd August 2023. Staff on site told me they cannot do anything about it and that I should call their support line for assistance in receiving a refund. Called their support line and I was told they will not be liable for any self inflicted errors as it’s the purchasers duty to check bookings/tickets for errors and my call was ended.
