USELESS STER KINEKOR WEBSITE

This is the most useless website I have ever come across. While we are busy booking tickets for 10 people and typing in all the different Vitality numbers the seats we have selected are sold to other people. Then it removes our numbers and we have to start the whole process from the start. It took me 30 mins to finally make 3 smaller bookings and pay 3 different times. Can you please fire your entire IT department as they clearly do not know how to do something as simple as reserve a seat while the process is being completed. Utter incompetence!!
