Useless App & Online Bookings
<p>I would just like to find out what the point is, of doing an online booking. In the past (old app) i did an app online booking, went to the Grove, swiped my card and got my tickets. Now (new app), do an online app booking, goto the Grove, swipe card, no booking found, then one has to stand in a queue for 15 minutes waitig for somone to help you so that you can pick up your tickets. The worst is that there is one person trying to help a sh*t load of people to retrieve tickets. This last Saturday, went to see Despicable Me 3 at the Grove. Waited about 15 miutes to get tickets that i booked online. AND when standing in queue for snacks, 4 people behind the counter and about 60 people waiting in line to order.....STER-KINEKOR, you guys are becoming useless!!!!!!</p>
