Useless

I purchased 3 large pop corns and 6 large slushes and a slip did not print because there was no roll and this costed me R435. The supervisor told me to make another payment because the one I made is not reflecting from their side, i checked with my banker and the purchase did go through because I even got the notification that it went through. This is Baywest Ster kenikor, I emailed *** and they just gave me a ref number, I called their customer centre twice and they keep saying the same thing "We will escalate and contact you back" and they never do!!!
