Useless!!

I am so frustrated with this business now. I honestly had it now. i have been calling since this morning to get this sorted. As we all now the Avengers Endgame released last week and we have been struggling to get tickets. yell for yellow offers our staff discounted tickets and i bought 3D tickets so my husband and I could go view the movie on tuesday the 30/04/2019. I called the ster- kinekor head office because the useless southgate branch's number was not going through. I spoke to a Thokozani or Tsepiso who assured me we will get seats for the 21:30 show. i told her a few times this movie get booked fully all the time so we need to book seats at that moment. she again said to me there is a 120 seats open so we will get space. i told her should i get to the cinema and there is no space there is going to be hell to pay, because first of all i had to pay a baby sitter because my son is 4 years and they were no going to allow him in. we had to drive to the cinema afterwards. So to our discovery when we got there the movie was fully booked. the manager at the cinema had the audecity to tell me they cant take responsibility for head office. unfortunately the movie is fully booked and there is no space for us. I called the booking line again this morning because i feel someone must take responsibility and at least pay for our snacks because our petrol was wasted and i need to get a baby sitter again because our tickets is booked for this Saturday now because we don't have another day available.

can i get this sorted before the end of business today because this Bridget lady is not calling me back i called back twice as they are trying to trace my call i made to them on the 30/04/2019.
