Unreliable online services

I used their online service for the first. My God, the regret I have. I am really upset and ****ed off at the ****py service I received from sterkinkor.

I have been dealing with a refund case for almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I am a student, I need by 499.80 refund.

I have been following up with this matter, no one seems to care about assisting me. I was told refund will be done within 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 3 days. Now I am being told, 7 days . What nonsense is this.

I know I am not the only customer, the least you can do is follow and let me know what is happening. I have to keep calling.

I am really ****ed off and I asked that my money is refunded by tomorrow. I feel inconvenienced over my money.

I have been waiting for consultants to send me a form to request for my refund. Her name is Chelsea. I called 3 times today. I have not received the form. I am very ****ed off. This is awful
