Unquestionable poor Service

Worst experience at Ster-Kinekor Carnival City Brakpan 23 July 2019. We bought tickets to watch the Lion King with popcorn and slushies, once we entered the Cinema the pre-movie trailers started to play and after the 1st trailer the screen went black though you could still hear the audio. I immediately went out of the Cinema to inform one of the workers about what was happening and to assist. After another 20 minutes the issue was not resolved and no one came to report back about the situation so once again I left the Cinema in search of the Manager to find her with no shoes, playing on her phone in the Maintenance room and not her office having no idea what was going on. She reassured me that she will see to it that the issue will be resolved and that she personally will go get the IT Technician to resolve the black screen and restart the movie. Once again 10 min past with no solution or answers and only when we went to ask for refunds we were told that the IT Technician is absent and they can't refund us only supply us with readmission tickets and the money spent on snacks and classes is at our loss. Thank you Ster-kinekor and Carnival City for wasting our valuable time and money with *********** and underqualified personnel that dont know how to attend to such matters.
