Unprepared for Premiere

Myself and a couple of friends went to watch Batman vs Superman at Imax 3D at Ster-kinekor Eastgate on Monday 28/03/2016 at 20:45. I bought the tickets online a while before, as I expected the cinema to be busy. <br> We arrived there at 20:15, printed the tickets, and I proceeded to buy popcorn, drinks and 3D glasses. A total bill of around R570. We then joined the queue to collect our things. It took 45 minutes to get to the front of the queue (we were late for our movie which started at 20:45). The slush puppy drinks we received were melted (all the slush machines had melted slush in them); these had to be replaced for cokes. The popcorn was not up to standard, and when trying to put pop corn spice at the spice stations, there was no popcorn spice left!!<br> This is unacceptable, especially for your flagship Sterkinkor / Imax cinema. The cinema was obviously not prepared enough to cater for the opening weekend or the Monday after. It is disappointing as I was prepared and bought the tickets early, and was looking forward to this evening a while in advance. Please contact me to arrange something.
