Unpleasant Ster Kinekor experience.

I watched Ford vs Ferrari at Eastgate Monday 2/12/2019. The movie played with no picture, it was restarted late with very poor communication from the cinema staff. On a separate occasion we watched Aladdin in at the Imax the cinema was not cleaned and there was an unpleasant smell in the room at Eastgate. We frequent the cinema on almost a weekly basis and one can attest to the fact that the tickets come at a premium especially in Imax and prestige so at the very least you would expect the movies to screen on time and for the area to be clean. I have been very displeased with my recent experiences at Ster-Kinekor.
