Unpleasant Experience

I never experienced such unpleasant experience in a cinema before. My Boyfriend and I went to the Kenilworth Ster-Kinekor cinemas on Sunday 12th April. The service was pathetic unfriendly and limited staff for such a busy time slot. We sat down in the cinema and saw how filthy the place looked including the walls. Once the movie started we were glued to the screen to Fast 7 but i had myself having to leave the cinema because it felt like there was no ventilation. It was packed and extremely hot and no air con. We left the movies perspiring and walked outside in the ice cold. I'm very disappointed and i wouldn't want to experience that at the movies again.
