Unpleasant all round experience.

So Christmas Day we decided to end the lovely day by going to watch the 7pm showing of Frozen 2 in 3D.

The whole expedrience was unpleasant.

The ushers were nowhere to be seen. We had a woman standing behind us with a screaming baby throughout the entire showing of the movie. Several times children were standing at the door to the cinema shouting down the passage way to their friends at the entrance.

The picture was a poor quality. Dark and at times going out of focus.

The seats were very narrow and uncomfortable.

There were 4 staff on duty at the consession counter. However only 1 was serving the long queue. The rest were standing idley chatting and watching. Not even a hint of acknowledging that assistance was needed.
