Unhelpful manager! Bad service!!!

On Saturday I made an online booking to watch a movie.<br> <br> The booking went through they deducted money off my account! And when I got there they told me that it got cancelled, So I asked to speak to the manager and she was unable to help me, her response was 'buy another ticket' then she walked away not even attempting to resolve the situation!<br> <br> This is very unprofessional, I tried calling the ticket line and waited for over 40 minutes for no one to answer!<br> I have still not received my money back!<br> <br> The level of service is inadequate especially for the Sandton branch, the manager was rude and arrogant and not willing to help deal with a customers query! <br> <br> I am not happy with the level of service I have received! The inconvenience this matter has caused me and not only the time wasted trying to resolve the issue could have easily been avoided if they even attempted to try and resolve the issue at the cinema. <br> <br> I want my money back!! This issue is still not resolved!<br>
