Unhappy No Soda.

I booked tickets at Mall@Carnival Ster-Kinekor on the 26th of April 2018 at 20:00 E11 & E12. I was so exited since this is a big movie and its the first time its showing. But as normal Ster-Kinikor likes to disappoint their clients. Arriving at Ster-Kinekor waiting half an hour in line just to be told that there was no Soda. No Coke, No Cream-Soda, No Fanta. There was no sign of anykind to indicate this, thus waiting in line for nothing. This made my Movie experience unsatisfied. Why can Ster-Kinekor not plan ahead of time????? Secondly the Cinema was hot, was the aircon not working??? I mean we as clients pay al lot of money for a good movie experience and then we are told there is no Soda.

I think this is not acceptable
