Unhappy Customer

Horrible experience with them. I have a SK Fan club membership, they have this tendency of deducting double from your account, the second month it deducted double then they corrected the error. Now in September they did the exact mistake but they not even bothering to fix their mistakes, I've been calling their head office for a week and no picks up the phone, I've sent emails no response . I'm actually disappointed with this franchise.
