Unfriendly and unprofessional staff

Today 16 Feb 2018 my husband and I decided to go and watch a movie we got to the cinema at 4 asking one of the staff members if they do not have the file anymore I wasn't even done talking and she said no we don't .I went to one of the other staff members asking her for the file that tells you what the movie is about she said it is at the front where u buy the ticket I asked if I should take it myself and she said I could ask the same girl who I just spoke to a second ago I went to her saying that the other lady told me to ask her for the file she raised her voice at me saying I should be more specific of what I was looking for and I told her she didn't let me finish talk she had such a bad attitude raising her voice at me making me look asif I am stupid I got so angry and just told my husband lets leave before I say something very rude she did not gtreet nor did she have a smile on her face she looked asif she is not interested in what I was basking she is unprofessional and she has an attitude problem I use to work for sterkinekor cape gate back in 2012 and we knew how to treat our customers neva will I ever go back to sterkinekor promenade because that girl spoiled my whole evening and my mood....I asked the guy Yusuf for his manager but the manager was on leave I don't remember the other two girls names but sterkinekor promenade I will neva set foot there again.
