unfair treatment

I bought 2 tickets for me and my son to watch fast 7, bought popcorn and cold drink and sweets before the movie. When i got to the entrance, a lady stopped us and said that my son may not enter. She called the manager, jezwyne kettledas. He refunded me on the tickets...but said that he cant do anything about the money i spent on the eats. This wad the only movie we wanted to watch....and now we ate standing with popcorn and stuff.....that we dont want or need as we are not watching a movie..... do they ask for all childrens id's?? Or birthcertificates?? If this is such a strict rule....even if parents are with there children..... why dont they stop all kids and demand id..... so this \strict rule"only goes according to the doorman' s perseption?? I would like a refund for the funds i spent on the eats and also an explination on this age restriction matter and how the manage it.... thank you sterkinikor!!!
