unfair process on age verification
My wife went with her kid age 5 to go and watch hotel transylvania 2 PG 7 - 9. my kid is on vitality and was refused to be allowed to watch the film but parents that are paying cash do not go though the same process and can go and watch. how can this be a fair process if the same is not app**** across all payment platforms. this is bypassed against kids that are on vitality as they cant watch but kids that are paying cash can.

I was told that they verified the age but how if the parents do not provide the same verification as my kids was subject to. I am extremely unhappy how this is been done as there is no fair process in place for checking the age of the children going to watch the movie.

PG7-9
This is an advisory category that requires parental guidance for a person younger than 7-9. However, children over the age of 7-9 do not require adult supervision. Themes may be complex but the outcome should be positive. The overall message should be reassuring to a child's sense of security and well being. Threat and menace, occurring visually or orally, should be judged as not disturbing to younger viewers.

if my wife is with the child he can watch
I want this to be resolved asp.
