Unfair
If only the Cinema at Eastrand mall could work it would be wonderful. We had to wait 45 min before anyone came to tell as that there is a technical problem and we had to call them. We did get a refund, but I feel if you wait for 45 min you can give the movie for free. Its not right because its Your time. Time is money !! Bad survice and bad treatment.
