********* behavior of staff

We went to book a movie about a month ago on the 6 September 2015 at Ster-Kinekor Carnival City and the man (I did not get his name but he is an African man who wears glasses) told us that the printing machine does not work so he will give us a manual receipt. We agreed but were not comfortable so my husband decided to do the booking online and pay by card to which he saw that the tickets were not actually booked so he rebooked them and paid by card, he then went back to this man to claim our money back, the man took the money OUT OF HIS POCKET and gave it back to my husband. If he was not *****ing, the seats should have been booked in the first place and he shouldn't have had the money on him. This is theft. Just thought I should inform you.
