Underpaid

I worked for Sterkinekor in Cresta since 1st September. I was told the minimum salary would be about R2800. There is a transport fee that is taken out from the R2800 which is R350. I did not sign up for that because i have my own transport. On the 25th of October i was paid for September. I was not happy about this salary. It was R1545.40. Because i was off sick for 3daya i took it thats the reason. The whole of October i worked and was never off sick and was never absent. But for that month i got R1300. I pay rent for 1000and that means if i had to pay for transport then it was not going to be enough. Can they explain this... Befor i take legal actions.
