UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS

<p>Hi</p> <p>So today I took my kids to watch Ice Age at Ster Kinekor Southgate Mall and I was so uncomfortable I couldn't wait for the movie to end simply because I am a plus sized woman and those seats were not accommodating. Before u had renovations done I could sit until the movie ended, though I was not 100% comfortable they were much better than what I experienced today. I don't understand why u didn't consider big people in the decision making process when designing the new theatres. I really prefer Ster Kinekor when it comes to movies but after my traumatic experience today I really think I will be moving to Nu Metro because I was told by one of your customers that saw me sitting at the edge of my seat that My Metro theatres have 2 bigger seats in every row that accomodate big people like myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very disappointed today, what was meant to be a great day out with my kids turned out to be a painful and traumatic experience.</p>
