uncomfortable experience in prestige

I had the most uncomfortable experience at the gateway prestige cinema yesterday (Saturday). I was so excited to watch the new Avengers movie I made sure I booked my tickets in advance and booked prestige because of the luxury seating. However the seat that I booked was broken:( the recliner did not recline all the way back nor could I put it in the seated position it was stuck in a very awkward position and every time I moved front there was a big squeaky noise. Not wanting to miss out on the movie and disrupt others I had to endure the discomfort of sitting in an awkward seat for the entire duration of the movie. (I was seated in cinema 11 @ gateway seat number A7 for the 11am movie)
